HOW TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL USING WEBMAIL
To Check your email from any computer using a web browser, please take the following steps.

First make sure you know your email password.

Then Click this link.

Enter your email & password.
Click the “OPEN” button on the top left of the screen
You should now see your emails.

 

HOW TO SET UP “OUT OF OFFICE” AUTO RESPONSE FOR YOUR EMAILS

If you need to set up an OUT OFF OFFICE/HOLIDAY auto response in your email please follow these instructions:

First make sure you know your email password.

Then Click this link.

Enter your email & password.

If you see your emails click the “WEBMAIL HOME” icon on the left hand side.

If you see another screen then:

Click on “Autoresponders”

Click “Add Autoresonder”

Type a “0” (zero) in the “Interval” field

Type your email in the “From” field

Type your SUBJECT in the “Subject field” eg. OUT OF OFFICE REPLY etc.

Type your message in the “Body” field

In the START section, you can select IMMEDIATELY or put a start date.,

In the STOP section you can select an end date or click “NEVER” which will continue the Autroresponder until its turned off manually.

Now click “CREATE”

That’s it but its a good idea to test it out.
